What is the Return Policy?
LQBallen Collection wants you to love your fabulous items, but if for any reason you need to exchange any of the items you purchase, please read these policies carefully.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
• Custom or personalized orders
• Intimate items (For Health/Hygiene Reasons)
• Items on Sale
LQ Ballen Collection does not accept returns policy for refund.
To qualify for an exchange, all merchandise must be returned to the store within 7 days (from the date of purchase) and must be in its original shipping condition (i.e., must not be altered, worn, washed) with all original tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For hygiene reasons (except in limited circumstances), earrings and head wraps are non-refundable. Custom clothing purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Upon receipt of your return package within the applicable 7 day period, will process your refund in the original form of payment within 7 business days. LQ Ballen Collection will notify you via your chosen form of communication (email/phone) when the exchange is complete.
Return Policy For Store Credit
All returns after the applicable 7 day period, but within 10 days will be issued store credit only. Store credit remains valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
Please note the size of jewelry/clothing when shopping for these items, as exchanges for size will not be accepted where the size is listed in the product descriptions.
