Process

Placing An Order

• Most Orders are complete within 3-5 Days
• Custom clothing orders are completed within 1-2 weeks
• Special Custom orders will be complete as indicated by designer
• Rush order (1 week or less) will be an additional $20 plus  rush shipping. 
• Orders are processed based on availability and payment. All in-stock items will be processed and shipped within the indicated time periods. 

• Custom orders will be processed and shipped after the indicated time period.  LQ Ballen Collection will provide notification if an item is not in stock.
• In addition to the order confirmation, a shipping confirmation email (containing tracking information - for domestic orders shipped via priority mail) will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped.

• Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM ET will be processed on the following Monday. LQ Ballen Collection will contact clients if the item selected is unavailable.
• All orders are shipped via USPS Mondays through Friday only.
• Please note that shipping and delivery times do not include holidays and weekends. LQ Ballen Collection ships to the Continental US.
